We want you to be fully satisfied with your Redragon gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all hardware and peripherals. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original box with all cables, manuals, and components to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the device, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
